Aims & Objects of School
- : The name of the Society shall be “AAPO AAP EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY, VILLAGE MANSOORPUR CHHINTAWALA, TEHSIL NABHA, DISTT. PATIALA”
- : The jurisdiction of the Society shall be at Distt.Patiala (Punjab).
- : The Registered office of the Society shall be situated at Dera Baba Aapo aap, Vill. Mansoorpur Chhintawala, Tehsil Nabha, Distt. Patiala,( Punjab)
THE AIMS AND OBJECTS SHALL BE AS UNDER: –
The objects for which the Society is being formed shall be as under: –
a) To run school in village Chhintawala, Tehsil Nabha, Distt. Patiala.
b) To impart education to the students of the area.
c) To make arrangements for marriages of Girls from Poor families.
d) To provide for the physical, moral intellectual and cultural development of residents and students of the area.
e) To make the students, good citizens and members of the nation.
f) To serve the educational requirement of the general public by opening institutions, Schools, Colleges, Job Oriented colleges for boys and girls without any restriction to the caste, creed, community and faith of the students sections of the society.
g) To establish libraries and study circles for providing literature and information conducive to development and advancement.
h) To work for eradication of bad evils from the society.
i) To review the progress of the execution of the projects undertaken to ensure enlighten the students.
j) To acquire and take over all or any part of the immovable property of any like society or institution etc. or any private body for the purpose/objects of the society provided sources are there.
k) To organise educational tours within the state, country or abroad for the students.
l) To take on lease, purchase, hire or otherwise for any one or more of the objects of the society, movable or immovable property and to construct, maintain property or assets whatsoever for the purpose of the society.
m) To seek affiliation, recognition or membership of any other society or body having similar aims and objects or any university or Educational Board.
n) To borrow or to secure the payment of money in such a manner as the society may deem fit.
o) To seek and receive donations, state grants, funds and other financial assistance for fulfilling the above objects.
p) To open Bank account or Post office accounts, draw, accept or endorse cheques, Bills, Hundies, Notes and other Negotiable Instruments.
q) To do all the lawful acts, deeds or things, which are necessary, conductive and incidental for the attainment of the objects of the Society.
r) Arranging free eye camps, and other medical camp, service camps resulting betterment of society.
Provided always that the Society shall not support with its funds or endeavor to impose on or procure the objects by its members or by any other, any conditions, which are inconsistent with the purpose of these presents.
